Summary in English

For the guys following the Sweetweak from abroad, this is what´s been going on today.

Before lunch Fredd, Mankan and I went to Stockholm to get some stuff fixed. We were supposed to get some clothes for the guys so they have something to wear during the paintball competition. We also picked up a couple of cars (courtesy of Exclusive Cars) that will come in handy this week. After thet I went to Arlanda airport to pick up Sara from Rebel Media. She and her team will produce a DVD and some shorter movies.

Back at Sweetspot the riders were relaxing and hanging out, just relaxing in the sun and working on their bikes. Some of the riders came to Sweden at 5 o´clock this morning so they were pretty tired.

At 5 pm we all met up at skärgårdshotellet which is the hotel where the riders are staying this week. We then caught a boat which took us to the restaurant where dinner was served.
Home made burgers were on the menu and everybody seemed to enjoy the food.

Fredd handed out this years Sweetspot shirts. They look great btw.

Since everybody was pretty tired the night ended pretty early but I think its all for the best.
The riders need to save some energy, cause tomorrow there will be some serious riding.
